Maison Arti currently delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard tracked delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. The delivery charge shown at checkout should therefore be £0.00. Please contact info@maisonartihome.com before ordering if your address cannot be selected at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Our estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days after an order is placed: 1–2 business days to process, pick and pack the order (Monday to Friday), followed by 5–8 business days in transit (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day enter processing that day. Orders placed later, on a weekend or on a UK bank holiday enter processing on the next business day. Business days exclude applicable public holidays.

These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will tell you if we become aware of a material delay. Your statutory rights if goods are not delivered remain unchanged.

Dispatch and tracking

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will email a shipping confirmation with a tracking link or number. The carrier may use a local delivery partner for the final leg. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate parcels; we will provide tracking for each parcel where available.

Delivery address and problems

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly at info@maisonartihome.com if you need to correct it. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot promise a change once a parcel has been handed to the carrier. If tracking says delivered but you have not received the parcel, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number so we can investigate. Risk in the goods passes to you when you or someone you nominate receives them, as required by applicable consumer law.
