These terms apply when you buy goods from AKG Digital Solutions LLC, trading as Maison Arti, through maisonartihome.com for delivery in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Products and prices
Each product page describes the item, available choices and price. The final price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place an order. UK standard delivery is free, with no minimum order value. See our Shipping Policy for dispatch and timing.
Placing an order
When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the items in your basket. We will send an automated email acknowledging receipt. We accept the order when we confirm that it is being processed or dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable or there is a material pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the cancelled item. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details.
Payment
We take payment using the methods offered by our secure Shopify checkout. The payment methods available for a particular order are shown before you submit it. See Payment Methods for details. We never ask you to send card details by email.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. The estimated total time is 6–10 business days: 1–2 business days for processing and 5–8 business days in transit. See our Shipping Policy for the 2:00 PM UK cutoff, tracking and delivery arrangements.

For help with an order, email info@maisonartihome.com and include your order number. These terms do not remove any mandatory protections available to UK consumers. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
