When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout. It includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show the first update after shipment.
Can't find your tracking email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Maison Arti.
- Orders begin processing the same business day if placed before 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday. Processing takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.
- Still nothing? Email support@maisonartihome.com with your order number, and we will send you the tracking details.
Delivery estimate
Transit takes 6–9 business days after your order ships. If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
